- What precautions do you take when packing/shipping orders?

The Fun Exchange understands how important it is for the items we sell to arrive safely. We would expect the same! Rest assured that great care will be taken when packing and shipping all orders that leave our store.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. The Fun Exchange is not responsible for any damage incurred by the shipping carrier.

- Where do you ship from?

We ship out of our brick and mortar store located in Roseville, California.

- Where do you ship to?

We only ship domestically here in the US. No international shipping available at this time.

- How long do you take to ship?

All orders will typically be shipped within 48 hours.

- How much is shipping?

Shipping charges vary by carrier and are calculated by location and weight.

- Where can I track my order?

All orders can be tracked here and/or on the carrier website. All orders will be provided a tracking number via email upon order shipment, typically within 24 hours. (Be sure to check your junk/spam folder) Please contact us if you have not received it.

DELIVERY

- Where is my order?

Delivery may take anywhere between 2-7 working days or longer, depending on your location and unforeseen carrier delays.

- Who delivers my order?

All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS.

 - My delivery address was entered incorrectly, what do I do?

Please reach out to us immediately with your name and order number and we will do our best to make the changes prior to order shipment.

- What about my billing address?

Billing addresses are currently non editable to prevent and minimize fraud from happening. Please note that all details entered and submitted to us are final.

- Change of address after receiving confirmation of shipping.

Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been shipped, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

IN STORE PICKUPS

- Can I pick my order up in store?

Yes! All orders will have this free option at checkout to be picked up at our brick and mortar store here in Roseville, California.

- How soon can I pick my order up?

All orders placed with the in store pickup option will typically be available 24 hours after placing your order. You will receive a email confirmation when your order is ready to be picked up. (Be sure to check your junk/spam folder)

- How long do I have to pick my order up?

All orders must be picked up within 10 calendar days upon pickup confirmation email being sent. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled and restocked. NO REFUNDS will be issued and all sales are FINAL.
